Richard has over twenty five years of production and management experience in manufacturing. He has worked for many of the top names in the marine industry including LDC and Holt and was instrumental in realising the development of the award winning RS Racing brand.

He delivers pragmatic solutions to environmental issues for SMEs and has a proven track record of delivering both financial and environmental savings to clients ranging from micro business, Town and District Councils through to FTSE 100 companies.
