Phil Richards has over 30 years management experience within the food industry. During this time, he has been involved with fresh meat – slaughter to retail packing, meat manufacture, ready meals and hand held snacks, baked products, pasta and snack foods. He has extensive experience in liaising with the major multiples at a technical and operational level as well as at commercial and board level.
He is able to advise clients on a wide range of food processing and retailing issues.
